OIA Residence
Oia Residence is a six-storey residential complex located in Motor City, Dubai. The building was designed using a Greek architectural style that is reminiscent of the white and blue coloured houses on the island of Santorini.

The landscape design includes an outdoor swimming pool with lounge area, lush landscapes that complement the architectural style of the building, a relaxing rooftop space with lounge area, event spaces, gym, kids play areas and squash court.
