The exterior design involved creating transitional spaces that would contribute to the beauty of the surrounding areas of the Architecture and structural elements within the landscape, xeriscape planting was mainly used to reduce water consumption and gravel was used to create interesting spaces with an artistic flair. Tree species were selected and placed in areas to act as wind breaks and buffer between neighboring plots.

The Hardscape followed a linear pattern and colours complemented the architecture.
